  • Shipping is currently available within the United States. For international orders, please contact hello@groupsports.net

    Our objects are produced either in small editions or made to order. Please consult product pages to learn what kind of lead times are required before shipping will occur.

    - Pre-Ordered products will ship on or about the estimated shipping date on the product page.

    - Objects made to order will ship after the required lead time stated.

    - Objects currently available will ship within 48 hours from receiving the order Monday-Friday.

    Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Use the tracking number, by following the hyperlink or pasting it in the carrier's website to find out where your order is and when it should arrive. If you are expecting this shipping confirmation email, and did not receive it, please check your spam and promotions folders.

  • At this time, we do not accept returns. All sales are final, except in the event of a damaged or defective item.

  • We personally package and ship our objects to you. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with your order number and an attached image of the damage. Replacements, store credit, or refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
